Solar vacuum tube is one of the core components of Concentrating Solar Power system, vacuum exhaust is to pull the gas out of the gap between the glass tube and the stainless steel tube via glass tail pipe using vacuum pumps, at the same time.releasing the gas dissolved in the glass tube during the manufacturing process by heating. Then start sealing off the glass tail pipe through electric sealing off furnace when the vacuum degree reaches the required target. The vacuum degree quality affects the efficiency of solar vacuum tube to collect solar power directly.In view of the temperature control problem of traditional method of using the LPG to heat the vacuum tube,the paper proposed the electric heating method with subsection heating temperature, make it not only more easy to control temperature, but also the temperature rise rate is relatively stable, reducing the impact of temperature change on the tube;The paper also proposed the Ladder type heating and annealing electric seal off control method aimed at the problem of the traditional method of using acetylene oxygen flame to seal off the glass tail pipe, Such as the small size of the glass tail tube and sealing effect is not good, etc. The temperature of the sealed off furnace is increased gradually with the increasing of the sealing current after the seal started.The annealing started after the glass tail pipe is sealed off, we should reduce the seal off current gradually,and then the seal off temperature will slow down with the reduce of the seal off current, reducing The influence of temperature change on sealing off effect.The paper realize the optimization of temperature control and glass tail pipe seal off technology by changing the traditional method.achieving a better combination of materials technology and control system.At present, the system has been successfully applied to a vacuum tube production enterprise, greatly improve the production efficiency and quality of tubes.
