Research On The Application Of RFID In The Logistics Management System Of Apparel Distribution

Distribution logistics plays an important role in the whole supply chain,It is the link between producers and customers.But, the traditional clothing distribution logistics has the many disadvantages,such as the backward means, slow reaction, poor service.Based on this market demand, This paper uses RFID technology, database technology and value engineering analysis to the traditional clothing distribution logistics management system to realize the information sharing between enterprises and retail terminals in order to improve the management efficiency.First,This paper combs the concept of distribution logistics management,compares the limitation of the traditional distribution logistics and the advantages of the modern distribution logistics.Based on this theoretical basis.this paper puts forward the advanced information acquisition technology(Radio Frequency Identification) combined with clothing distribution logistics management system to improve the logistics management of clothing distribution.And describes the basis theory of RFID technology, encoding and value engineering for the following research.Second,This paper begins with the overall framework of the system,expounds the working principle of the system, software function module design and hardware implementation scheme.As the RFID technology application is to change the basic information acquisition means, so this paper does the research on the basis information system design,includes information flow design, information encoding,information collection means and database design.Based on the overall framework of the system, the value engineering analysis method is introduced into the informationtransformation of the sub system considering the cost and function, and then gives implementation scheme for sub system.Finally, the "three gun" group have the disadvantages of traditional clothing distribution logistics, this paper chooses “three gun” group to do the research,and understands "three gun" distribution logistics management existence some problems,for example, item code is not perfect, information communication is slow, retail terminal lack of data mining,According to the theoretical model of distribution logistics management in this paper, the optimization of the problem is improved, and the effect of the implementation of the system is predicted and evaluated.Based on the Shanghai Textile Group Planning Innovation Project “Based on RFID and CRM of the brand clothing digital distribution logistics, retail systems research and development and industrialization of the application”,It provides a good reference value for the application of RFID technology in distribution logistics management of clothing enterprises, and has some theoretical significance and practical value to further improve the information level of apparel distribution logistics.
