Research On Clothing Distribution Logistics Management System Based On RFID Technology

Combined with the Science and Technology Key Project of Zhejiang Province, Research on Supply Chain Management System Based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and Its Applications in Clothing Industry, this paper did a research on the comprehensive solution of the distribution logistics management system taking the demonstration enterprise (×××Clothing Group Company Ltd.)who applied this project successfully as the application object.Firstly, this paper analyzed the content as well as its principle, and also discussed cases of successful application and present research status both at home and abroad. Then the research background and main research work were introduced.Based on the analysis on the structure of the demonstration enterprise, the present distribution process, the requirement and advantage as well as necessity of distribution logistics management system based on RFID technology, the overall design of this system was conducted and its structure and operation principle was also brought forward. The configuration, function and database of this system, the combination of the base layer of RFID and application layer of this system was designed, and the interface between the distribution logistics system and DRP system were designed in this paper.Then, the key issues and implementation technology of the information serve layer of this system was studied. After designing the medium part, ONS server and PML server, functions of searching property of tag EPC, collection and update as well as search of distribution route information, needed by the top application layer were designed and its implementation process was discussed to prepare for the realization of the top application layer.Key issues in achieving the system were studied, which include application solution and realization process of in-out store management of finished products, warehouse inventory checking management, distribution supply chain management and sales management of franchised stores.At last, the conclusion and prospect of this paper were drawn.
