Study On Information System Construction Of Logistics Networks

With rapid economic development, enhance the flow of goods demand, which requires a commitment to undertake the collection and distribution of goods, distribution of goods, handling and other processing functions of the organization in circulation, so as to achieve the efficient flow of goods. The flow of goods, such as occurred during the flow of packaging, storage, handling processing, handling and other logistics processes, with higher levels of the organization in addition to simple transport other than the functional requirements, so have the functions of the body Bian came into being, it is - a logistics center.The conception of logistics centre was more used in Asia countries including China. But in the developed countries of the West they usually used the conception of distribution centre. Generally speaking, logistics centre is the important link node or section in the whole logistics net. Logistics centre is generally in the well-developed transportation area. It could be better achieved the logistics distribution, information processing, logistics system control and other functions through the logistics centre.By reasons of varies limited conditions, our country's logistics centre was developing slowly. In a sense the existing logistics centre not only achieved static logistics which was storage, but also the information exchange way within the link was still paper documents primary. With the present development of computer technology, network technology and communication technology as well as the trends of international logistics industry, it was urgent request to realize the information, networking and rapidity information exchange through the construction and operation process of our country's logistics centre. According to that the corresponding laws, rules and standards were made which were used to direct the construction of logistics centre.This paper studied How to use the scientific mathematical model to locate logistics centre and how to enhance the effective management of the information exchange within the link through integrating all kinds of technologies such as RFID and GPS so as to contribute an internet of logistics centre with rapidly information exchange. At the same time this paper also studied how to enhance the sharing of the information sources among logistics centre so as to construct a big, faster and effective logistics system.
