Study Of The Process Of Network Public Opinion About Violent Environment Mass Events

Violent environment mass events refers to the environmental mass events,whose process is the evolution of the entire event participants take a negative, non-cooperative attitudes and behaviors, and cause violent conflict. It has four basic characteristics: the event participants have large scale; the process of the event is accompanied by a certain degree of violence; the violence of the event is predictable; in the information transmission is easy to cause the rumor.Taking the “ Yuhang Zhongtai waste incineration” event of Zhejiang as an example for analysis, found that the evolution of its micro-blog public opinion mainly from the disseminator, core issues and subjects demands of the disseminator: disseminator is changed from the ordinary Internet users, opinion leaders and the government to ordinary Internet users, opinion leaders, government and the media, finally change to the ordinary Internet users, opinion leaders and the government; the core issues is changed from the project construction to the view of the government and the attention to event, from the view of the government and the attention to event to the view of the government, the attention to event, and the project construction, finally change to the government and the attention to event; the subjects demands of the disseminator is changed from boycott of project construction and call for attention to the dissatisfaction with the government and the attention of cause of the event, to the dissatisfaction with the government, agree with the result of the criminals, and looking forward to for events subsequent process, finally change to the dissatisfaction with the government and rethinking about the event.Investigating the reasons of the evolution of its micro-blog public opinion,analyzing from three aspects of the government, the media, and the public: the government has two questions in guiding the development of network public opinion and dealing with the Violent Environment Mass Events, one is the imperfect system construction, the other is the incorrect strategy in dealing with the conflict; the media in the process of the evolution of network public opinion is in a state of relative absence;the public take irrational expression, including take some illegal and spread rumors to strive for the support of public opinion, in order to defend the legitimate rights of themselves.In order to better guide the violent environment mass events’ network public opinion to the rational development, and find a better way of dealing with the violent environment mass event, we suggest: the government should complete the relevant system, adjust the strategies for guiding network public opinion; the media should establish responsibility, and strengthen the depth report; cultivating citizens rationally,improve the public accomplishment.
