The Public Opinion's Communication Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Environment Of Mass Incidents

At present,our country is in the period of social transformation,rapid economic development.Urbanization,industrialization level enhances unceasingly.At the same time,the contradiction between the interests and protecting the environment is becoming more and more acute.On the other hand,because of the awakening of civic consciousness and the improvement of environmental awareness,the public is more and more attention to environmental problems.In recent years,environmental problems caused more and more mass incidents.Environmental pollution is not only the problem of ecological civilization,and threaten social stability,the major problems affecting social development.In this paper,first of all definiting the concept of environmental mass incidents clearly,and grasping the basic theory of public opinion.According to the heat number(more than one hundred people),public opinion(number of news,number of comments,reprint quantity,etc)the author chosed from 2005 to 2016 in the first half mass incidents caused by environmental problems.Through to the sample event,summed up the public opinion on the transmission characteristics,the diversity of the subject and content,Concealment and controllability of the early stage,the process of spreading form respectively,emotional and group polarization.Useing the specific case analyzed the public opinion generation and evolution process.Finding the problems,the government lacked regulation in advance,later don't publish the information.The traditional media lacked guidance,lack of knowledge about environmental protection to the public.Coping mechanism and feasibility suggestions,and ultimately promote the environmental protection,dissolve the contradiction to provide great help and inspiration...
