Now, the competitive environment, the new management model and the new management means have fundamentally changed. In a time, It's the important subject facing by the print's logistics that how to introduce the new management tools to promote the integration and reengineering of print's logistics through the advanced management mode and means, which enhance the overall competitiveness and provide the strong backing. Aiming at the problem mentioned above, relying on the project of Chengdu Tel-Print Logistics Management Information System (TP-LMIS), Taking the design, development and implement of TP-LMIS as case, integrating the practical circumstances of actuality print's logistics and model of Precision management, several basic principles, corresponding theories and realizing technologies of medium and small printing enterprises were discussed and analyzed in this thesis.Objective: firstly, analyses the logistics activities of medium and small printing enterprise. The methods of analysis, design and implementation of logistics management information system (LMIS) in medium and small printing enterprises were studied. Secondly, TP_LMIS was developed by combining the basic principles of LMIS and the practical circumstances of Chengdu Tel-print Co., LTD; By infiltrating the thought of precision management into the system, it Changes the enterprise from extensive management to the precision management, greatly enhances the level of enterprise logistics management, improves the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.Method: In accordance with software engineering, combined with the feature of logistics management of medium and small printing enterprise, TP-LMIS was designed and developed by classic life cycle approach. The realization of the system took the Object Oriented Platform Microsoft .NET was the programming language, SQL Server 2000 was database management system and Erwin 4.1 was used to finish the database modeling.Results and conclusions: TP-LMIS has been designed and developed successfully, which has operated normally in the Chengdu Tel-print Co., LTD. After implemented, the company manages distribution logistics, production logistics and procurement logistics exactly by the system that also highly integrates with the other information platform in the company. The system got good applicable effect and was appraised by application enterprise. The Reasonable inventory control strategy for material not only highly improve the level of inventory management and reduced the labor intensity, but also decreased the total storage cost; The system can support cost accounting with the correct data by using the method of mobile weighted-average price, while it also improve the level of cost management in enterprise; Aim at the problem that unsplit materials couldn't be brought accurate, the strategy of remnant management is put forward, in order to avoid the phenomenon of the production waste. To some extent, the system applies to other medium and small printing enterprise. |
