In this foundation, one kind of service provider--the fourth part logistics which could implement the conformity and to provide the synthesis service solution plan is obtained people's high attention and the interest.The logistics is a traditional business of China Post's service. In former process, works for Logistics Business are mostly performed by hands, and this mode is no longer adapted to the rapid development of Logistics Industry. In the development of China Post's city Business, large amount of mailing nodes and community server nodes have been built. It has the advantageous resources superiority in the transport capacity, the line organization, the financial payment, the information transmission, the cargo (mail/wraps) keeping, delivers and so on. How to merge the postal tradition superiority resources effectively and create the modernized postal service enterprise's information management system, becomes content which this thesis needs to discuss.This thesis will introduce the operation, function and application of Post Logistics, and particularly describe the developing procedure of Post Logistics Information System, and mostly describe the Admeasure Management System.At the beginning of this thesis, which briefly introduced the operation and development of logistics. Then, it analyzes the particular requirement of the Post Logistics Information system and Admeasure Management System, and the thesis gives a structure of software system and application model of Post Logistics Information system.As a primary job component of Logistics Information System, Admeasure Management System has been adopted successfully in the project of 'The Logistics information system of Sichuan Post'. It proves that the employment of Admeasure Management System can make preparation in reason, and reduce the intension of labor, and advance the service efficiency and quantity, which will give the reference data to decision-department.
