The manufacturing industry plays a very important role,which is the pillar of our national economy of China's overall national strength. Because of the financial crisis in 2008, the global manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges. China is a manufacturing powerful country, and how to deal with this outside environment in order to maintain its own development. The implementation of Manufacturing Enterprise ERP may be the way about the optimizing production chain. But the scheduling for large-scale production could not be easy. In this thesis, based knowledge mining,we will optimize the enterprise's own production processes and reasonable allocate the corporate resources for improving the corporate ERP.In view of this status quo, this thesis presents a manufacturing enterprise optimization model for production business process in order to encourage enterprises to respond quickly to the changes in the market and adjust the internal provides a theoretical basis. So, this thesis is about the listing of Linyi manufacturing flat-panel TV business the empirical research.Combining theory with practice, the manufacturing ERP business processes is optimized by this research. Author visited TV manufacturer in Linyi, and learned the knowledge of the production processes of three departments. This thesis is a quality control for production process management and production line balancing problem of the algorithm in detail, which are the use of data mining technology, the television chassis of enterprises and production quality of forecasts of equipment failure in the process of relationship data exploration, and the establishment of their own model. This thesis will design manufacturers optimize production processes of the ERP system, and set up the optimization of manufacturing process system.The results and findings by this research are as following.Firstly, the thesis about the data mining technology, is the manufacturing sector under the ERP, related to the content of the production process, based on the process of transformation of living at home or abroad to optimize the analysis of the current situation, and introduced the research methodology of this article and research ideas.Secondly, according to data mining and manufacturing enterprises existing ERP business processes, the thesis introduce the data mining principles of large-scale optimization models.Thirdly, using the data mining tools, the quality of the production process control and management conducted is an in-depth analysis of the production process and the dynamic data to conduct in-depth inquiry, and is mainly for the quality of forecasts and analysis of the quality of the algorithm. At the same time, the balance of the production line optimization problems have been studied and proposed PSO algorithm simulation process.Fourthly, production processes are analyzed and studied in the quality control of production process quality management module and the quality of the forecast analysis. The history of the process of data mining is for the process to achieve a control TV case of quality problems, and equipment manager for the production process between the machines have broken down the rules for the timely and to find the issue to provide a useful point of information, time and cost savings. Then on the production line there is a cross-level analysis, describing the process of balancing the production line problem.Fifthly, using of the production process to optimize the analysis of the existing system design, and designed DMPlatform platform for dynamic data processing, at the same time set up a set of interfaces, the overall use of plant-level monitoring and management system, group layer management, scheduling systems to enable enterprises to integrate the various processes into the optimal state.Sixthly, In this thesis, the results of preliminary studies on the production process manufacturing enterprise in Linyi by empirical analysis, based on the principles of technology, economy and operation of a viable, and ultimately the formation of an integrated production process optimization analysis of the conclusions. The optimize conclusion consists with the actual development situation of Linyi manufacturers. The optimize model systems of production process are effective and feasible, the full theoretical analysis, and high value in practice, in order to guide manufacturers to optimize production processes to provide a scientific basis.
