To achieve model high density of launch mission,the Aerospace Research Institute is facing to great scientific pressure to rapidly update technologies of products,promise their high quality,improve function and performance,and also meeting the huge requirement for product development such as short time consumed for investigation and stressful production tasks.After recent years of information construction,the Aerospace Research Institute has performed and been performing or updating the business application systems associated with scientific research and manufacture,including business process management systems,product data management systems,research/production management systems and product test management systems.However,the manufacturing process management falls far behind the other systems.Since technological management links design to production,the levels of management directly determine the quality and cost of products.As technological business develops,the serious problems related to business and management gradually reveal.Craftsmen frequently repeat their work during process preparation.They cannot directly utilize the product mix in the product data management system when they program techniques;the generated technical regulation cannot be applied either due to their unstructured data.When the technical conditions of craftworks alter,multiple links can generate many paper files and lead to inconsistency of information.The utilization of technological basic information is limiting,and unified management of process equipment,accessories and other information is absent.Technological process and manufacturing process links weakly.In research production management systems,the generated data during manufacturing process management are input in repeat.To solve these urgent problems,it is necessary to build up a manufacturing process management system that helps Aerospace Research Institute enhance efficiency of technological design and quality of process.The system is developed in C/S pattern on the basis of J2 EE and in an architecture of 3-level software.This thesis based on requirement of technological management business in Aerospace Research Institute,and focus on following topics:1.The thesis introduces the research background and the current situation of the manufacturing process management system at home and abroad,point out the problems in the manufacturing process management of Aerospace Research Institute,and decide the research directions according to these issues.2.The thesis introduces the related technologies of manufacturing process management system concept.And use these technologies in the process of system implementation.3.Starting from the system demand research,we analyze current situation of technological process management business in the institute,summarizes the scope,system functional requirement and system non-functional requirement related to the services of the institute,and clarify the development goals of the system.4.Design and implement the system according to the needs that operation department verified,built up the system architecture,functional configuration,topological structure and system interface.The process design management module take charge of technological design,technological responsibility,technological module,technological files,technological process and technological statistic summary and material quota management.The process technological condition management module is responsible for technological process improvement and departure.Process base library module can manage the classification setting of base library and data maintenance.5.Conduct examination on the system with business scene conversion test examples after the system development is finished,and summarize and forecast the online operation conditions and following works about the system.On-line manufacturing process management permits informatization of manufacturing process management business in Aerospace Research Institute,achieve support and supervision towards the procedure of manufacturing process management business.It also efficiently enhances the consistency of craftwork data,and promises the manufacturing process management business more clear and controllable in Aerospace Research Institute.These all form great base for Aerospace Research Institute to deliver products on time,raise product quality and achieve lean production.
