Design And Implementation Of Business Support Sub-Platform Of Online Business Platform

With the telecommunication system reform development, computer office automation software is used by more and more state-owned enterprise. In order to fit the company flat management mode to realize the highly effective management and react quickly to customer requirement, while as accommodating the requirement of the construction of iron tower such as multiple-project, extensive geographical distribution and many categories of equipment. An Internet+Trading mode platform is implemented to meet the company’s fine management measures and provide services for the company purchasing management. This is the purpose of this paper.Online Business Platform consist of Trading Sub-Platform and Business Support Sub-Platform. Business Support Sub-Platform is a basic platform, which provides relevant data for Trading Sub-Platform. Firstly the status quo at home and abroad on the construction of material purchasing management system analysis, and the current mainstream information system technology program carries on describing, to determine ChinaTower of business support sub-platform of online business platform development and implementation of the Service-Oriented Architecture based on Primeton EOS platform. The system is based on B/S model, and the back-end uses MySql to build. System construction according to the thought of software engineering gradually, first of all, the author independently completed the system business requirements’gathering and analysis, and then designed the prototype of settlement module. Secondly the author participated in the system architecture design, and on this basis the author completed the relational database design, and independently completed selection management module and settle account of operating supplies module in the phase of detailed design and implementation. In the test phase, the author completed the system’s functional test of the selection management module and settle account of operating supplies module, and the relevant property tests. Business Support Sub-Platform realized the function such as supplier management, product certification, online quote, intelligent selection, statistic account-settling and so on. The using of this platform can cut down purchasing plans, simplify the purchasing cycle, prevent unethical trade during the selection, and improve the timeliness and accuracy of the settlement. It made the work more scientific, standardized and efficient in the material purchasing management.After a comprehensive test, the project is already running online, and in an iterative upgrade. These modules completed by the author are running normally, and the function of which is stable. All jobs of the author have met the expected goal.
