Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Material Management System Based On C/S Mode

At present,in enterprise material management,for reasons such as unreasonable warehouse layout,large warehouse quantity and disordered warehouse goods,there are prolems that enterprise material data can be updated in time and the inventory taking efficiency of enterprise materials is low.At the same time,there are problems such as that the current goods stock situation cannot be queried and statistically collected in real time,and the flow direction and purshe and use sitaution of enterprise materials cannot be effectively track.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the RFID technology to automatically identify and manage enterprise materials,and to design and develop an enterprise material management system based on a C/S structure.By introducing the RFID technology into the enterprise material management system to implement the management of enterprise mateirals,the high-efficiency management of enterprise mateiral inforamtion is guaranteed and the safety of material information is more greatly improved.This paper analyzes and elaborates the Radio-Frequency Identiticsation(RFID)technology,analyzes the C/S structure and an SQL SERVER 2008 database technology adopted by the system,and elaborates a method for developing software used by the material management system.This paper also analyzes the demand for the mateiral management system,makes a general design and a detailed design for the enterprise material management system,and carries out design analysis to the system database and finally performs programming to implement the enterprise material management system.Components of the enterprise material management system designed and implemented in this paper mainly include a material purchase and management module,a material warehouse-in management module,a warehouse management module,a mateiral warehouse-out management module,a material inventory management module,a mateiral discard management module and a personnel and system management module.The system realizes generation of information filling of material purchase plans,fabrication of RFID tags of enterprise mateirals,sticking and information writing of RFID tags,entry of warehouse-in material data,warehouse zoning and enterprise material location query functions,enterprise material warehouse-out application and functions such as RFID tag reading and warehouse-out record management.Besides,the system further can realize inventory taking of enterprise materials by categories,by purchase time and by use personnel.The system also realizes material discard applicatin and approval,entry of basic information of enterprise material management personnel,and account management and authority management of system users.Since the enterprise mateiral management system designed and developed in this paper is added with the RFID technology,the enterprise mateiral management flow is standardized,the enterprise material warehouse-in and warehouse-out management time is reduced,the enteprrise management cost is decreased,the acquisition and identification accuracy of enterprise mateiral information is improved and the enterprise management efficiency is improved.
