| In recent years, corporate crisis happens very frequently,the propagation of the crisis has become an the most important part in corporate crisis management. As the Internet age comes,the specialty of network has brought new challenges to the subject of corporate crisis management.Firstly,this article investigates the propagation properties of corporate crisis and network crisis by adressing the concept of crisis and the propagation of it to construct the base of the theory to study some of the cases.Secongly,we are going to cite an example to study the process of crisis propagation:"monitor-changing gate" of Xiaomi phone.We seprate the process into 4 stages:incubation,explosion,contagion and recovery. The media comments, audience feedback and the effect of dissemination would be analysed.Thirdly,the 5s crisis propagation theory of crisis is going to be study from different angles of responsibility taking, sincere communication, speed,the running of the system and the authority confirming as theoretical basis to analyze the problems and shortcomings of the corporate of xiaomi in the middle of propagation of crisis. Finally, we are going to give opinions and suggestions on corporate crisis communication network, including early warning information policy before the crisis,coping strategies and corporate image recovery strategies.and We also pry out some common business problems in crisis communication network through case studies of "monitor-changing gate" of "xiaomi" phone. |
