Vegetables are the main source of human vitamin, and people’s lives are closely related. But in recent years, Chinese cabbage of formaldehyde, sterilization of cucumber, blue vitriol leek food safety accident occurs to people’s diet and health caused great threat, the vast number of consumers on food safety concern is growing. Food safety has become a social problem which needs to be solved urgently. Harbin City, the source of the vegetables is very complex, the quality of vegetables is uneven. In order to ensure that the Harbin city people can eat on be at ease food, to establish the confidence of consumers on the vegetable products, it is urgent to set up a set from the source to the table of the regulatory system, for consumer regulation of vegetable production in all aspects, so that the quality of vegetables is guaranteed, prevent occurrence of vegetable products food safety accidents.In this paper, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing vegetable traceability system, combined with the in the early stage of the relevant documents and materials collected Changling Lake vegetable Park production situation, this paper on the basis of and circulation process, analysis and come to the conclusion that the Changling Lake vegetable Park vegetable production and circulation in the presence of food safety problems.
