Study On Agricultural Products Logistics Quality Safety Multi-dimensional Code Combination Traceability System

Recently, people have paid more attention to agricultural products product safety.So building the agricultural products traceability system has been an effective way of supervising and controlling agricultural products product quality. Traceability encoding is the key skill of traceability system construction, Working out a scientific,reasonable and feasible coding system of agricultural products is much critical. The existing research on agricultural products traceability system encoding mainly using one dimensional code, some scholars began to research using two-dimensional code for agricultural products traceability code.However, one dimensional code cannot identify the information such as the growth environment of agricultural products, it just complete the traceability of agricultural products no matter using one dimensional code or two-dimensional code,it cannot trace the logistics process of agricultural products. In this paper, the research attempts to solve this problem. The core thesis is based on applying of GS1-128code and QR Code. It designs to use these two code systems form multi-dimensional code system.It can not only complete traceability of agricultural products location information of logistics each link,but also complete traceability of agricultural products environment and quality information of logistics process. HACCP theory was applied to the management of the whole logistics process of agricultural products.It will be used in production, sales and traceability of the quality in tea, in order to realize the tea traceability of the whole logistics process.
