Research Key Technology Of The Pig Traceability System Based On Two-dimensional Code

This paper focused on the effective regulation and traceability problem of pig breeding, slaughtering, processing, marketing, consumption and so on. It used two-dimensional code technology and mobile intelligent equipment on above all link of information to the collection, processing, sharing, and checking out. Therefore, the government, farmers, enterprises, and consumers information will be integrated. The main researched aspects of the pig traceability system based on two-dimensional code were as follows:1.The information of government, breeding individuals, slaughter processing enterprises were integrated based on the pig ear tag. Then, we constructed the database of pig traceability, which contained the information of pig breeding, slaughtering process, segmentation process, sales, government supervision law enforcement, etc.2.This paper first studied the QR two-dimensional code encoding, decoding, error corre ction algorithms. Then, we used c# language to develop the two-dimensional code generation algorithm based on digital, letter digital,8 byte, and Chinese characters information respectively. At the same time, we also proposed the two-dimensional code decoding algorithm aiming at restoring two-dimensional code image into text information.3.This paper designded a pig product traceability two-dimensional code, which included pig ear tag, retailer number, date of sale, and shared service interface information. And we used the two-dimensional coded generation algorithm to generate traceability two-dimension al code by c#. This design can support the scalability of pig traceability database and the rele vance of pig traceability, which embodied the loose coupling between traceability and traceability database.4.This paper designed a Pig traceability APP functional architecture, which contained QR two-dimensional code scanning decoding and pig traceability information loading.5. This paper designed a pig traceability system functional architecture by web technology and QR two-dimensional code.
