Currently in agricultural distribution process, the phenomenon of repeated fake chemical fertilizers, agricultural markets throughout the urgent need for a traceability from source solutions. The implementation of the project by a certain company as pilot sites for the project, which designed to effectively soling the agricultural production encountered fake fertilizer, and fertilizer warehouse management information is not perfect, fertilizer all aspects from production to sale of the entire process of information track, thesis implements the traceability systems mainly on traceability of fertilizers information and achieved traceability platform on the basis of two-dimensional code algorithm,the author did the main duties and innovations as follows:(1) At the Early time, do market research and carried out a detailed needs analysis. Then start to design the system.(2) Based on the unique traceability system, we developed a specific two-dimensional code, It has been improved which based on the traditional two-dimensional code recognition algorithm, thiese propose a production process of the two-dimensional code algorithm,which were utilized weighted average algorithm, median filtering algorithm, sobel algorithm, image binarization algorithm for grayscale images, filtering, edge detection and binarization processing, so as to realize the function of accelerating the two-dimensional code recognition in any complex environment.(3)Based on the information from many agricultural materials companies, I designed the database of this system. In the database, I designed and inserted various effective messages and show them one by one clearly through the database links.(4) Compile code that implements the functions of production processes, marketing chain, logistics chain in traceability system.(5) It offers a variety of interfaces with other systems docking.(6) The response time of System is less than 2s.This program can provide more accurate management schemes to the related agricultural materials industries, especially provides more reliable technical support to the chemical fertilizer industry’s development.
