When the existing medical oxygen equipment fails,the maintenance personnel can not accurately understand the operation of the oxygen generating equipment,and can not predict the cause of the failure,resulting in a long maintenance cycle and difficult maintenance.Aiming at the function of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of existing medical oxygen generating equipment system,the fault diagnosis system of oxygen making equipment is studied,and the system is applied to practical engineering.Oxygen equipment fault diagnosis system research methods as follows.Firstly,we design hardware and software of fault diagnosis system of oxygen manufacture equipment,the hardware design includes hardware network and communication network,software design includes control program development and interface design.Secondly,we base the principle of fault tree analysis,fault tree model bases fault diagnosis system of oxygen manufacture equipment.The oxygen equipment fault tree model bases the analysis of binary decision diagram,and according to the analysis results of fault diagnosis methods.Finally,we establish the rate of GM(1,1)oxygen making equipment to calculate the oxygen equipment failure rate,the failure rate of the equipment of oxygen manufacture equipment using year relation model,GM(1,1)model of the equipment fault oxygen equipment into the relational model,we calculate the parameters by using the least square method,and on the basis of the predictive model is used to study the preventive maintenance failure rate of oxygen making equipment,so as to provide a reliable basis for the preventive maintenance strategy of oxygen equipment.The oxygen making equipment fault diagnosis system can realize the local monitoring and fault diagnosis.It can also realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the oxygen making equipment.Through the test of the system,the results show that the system is simple and convenient,and its performance is stable and reliable.It can improve the efficiency and speed of troubleshooting for oxygen making equipment,and improve production efficiency.
