In recent years, the application of nationwide large-scale public building energy consumption monitoring system has been gradually developed and improved, Shandong Province according to the National Housing and Construction Office Department of Housing and energy consumption monitoring requirements, the establishment of Shandong Province, energy consumption monitoring platform, proposing the building energy consumption monitoring subsystem model, and improving the function of energy consumption monitoring platform by continuous innovation and improvement. After period of operation,we found that the pattern persists acquisition subsystem transmission interconnection of Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform between a little less than, meters, energy data acquisition and PC three, theoretically it meets the needs of monitoring and control applications, but the data acquisition and the host computer can not reach the level of industrial measurement and control applications. There is no guarantee that the long time running, seriously affected the stability and reliability of the monitoring system of energy consumption.To solve the problem above, this paper proposes a new energy monitoring subsystem based on industrial-grade micro-IPC Platform redevelop subsystem monitoring software, constantly optimizing the overall structure of the subsystem to protect the reliability and stability of energy consumption monitoring system. In order to provide uninterrupted information services for buildings, two mini industrial computer complete hot standby switching. Energy monitoring data collection is completed, upload, storage, analysis, processing and consumption data backup, satisfy the higher reliability requirements.Firstly build a hardware development platform based on the industrial-grade miniature industrial computer, software design and development to develop subsystem needs analysis, software analysis subsystem need to collect energy consumption data type of upload and determine the basic functions of the software subsystem. Re-development of software subsystems, improving the subsystem function such as data acquisition, processing, compared with the previous subsystem software.
