In recent years,with the development of technological level,China's demand for energy has increased,and the subsequent energy waste has become very serious.At present,building energy consumption accounts for about 30% of the country's total energy consumption,and more than 60% of buildings are high-energy buildings,and only 10% of buildings have reached energy-saving standards.Nowadays,China has begun to take corresponding energy-saving measures,but because energy consumption is not accurately grasped,the implementation of energy-saving measures often does not achieve the energy-saving effect,so the research of energy consumption monitoring system is very important.There are many problems in the design and research of the energy consumption monitoring system.The energy consumption monitoring system designed in this paper is based on the three technical levels of the perception layer,network layer and application layer of the Io T architecture.Technical requirements and functions provide data support and reasonable analysis for effective proposal of energy saving and emission reduction programs.The energy consumption monitoring system designed in this paper is first to accurately monitor the use of various energy consumption resources through the use of smart meters.The second is to increase the level of the controller,and add a single-chip polling acquisition program and communication circuit to the designed controller to achieve real-time collection of various energy consumption data.Then apply the wireless transmission technology to build the internal wireless local area network,and send the data collected by the controller to the central controller through the internal wireless local area network.Finally,a background receiving and sending software,database and display interface are set up on the central control machine to implement functions such as user management,energy consumption monitoring,energy consumption prediction and so on.In the process of realizing the energy consumption prediction function focused in this article,the original empirical mode decomposition-autoregressive moving average(EMD-ARMA)mathematical model was optimized,using empirical mode decomposition,autoregressive smooth moving,and high-order simulation The combination of the three methods is used to predict energy consumption results,so that the results of energy consumption prediction are more convincing.The three-layer architecture of the monitoring system is bi-phase transmission,and the staff can perform the data collection program of the controller to upgrade the controller to optimize the data collection method.The energy consumption monitoring system organically integrates smart meters,controllers and central controllers throughwired and wireless communication technologies,so that staff can directly adjust the underlying collection.At the same time,the optimization and realization of the energy consumption prediction function satisfies the data analysis needs of the energy consumption monitoring system,and improves the application scope and market competitiveness of the monitoring system.The energy consumption monitoring system designed in this paper has been put into use and is in good operating condition,which greatly saves manpower,enables staff to obtain data and analysis data conveniently and quickly,improves the efficiency and management level of the corresponding staff,and more importantly,Provided data support for the building itself to make energy-saving emission reduction plans and equipment management upgrades.
