With the development of China’s economic, government office buildings and large public buildings with high energy consumption issues have become increasingly prominent, especially with the vigorous development of education, high-speed, all colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment, campus area than in the past also been greatly increases, more and more colleges and universities building buildings on campus, in a rich campus life and study, but also caused a great deal of energy consumption. Therefore, to do real-time monitoring of energy consumption and higher education publishing work units departments, to discover waste energy, building energy-saving plan for achieving goals of great significance.In this thesis, OO, UML, java, extjs, SSH, data warehouse technology and theory, in accordance with the requirements of the software engineering life cycle analysis, design and implementation of the university energy management system, the main features include real-time monitoring of energy consumption in 72 hours, energy statistics, energy analysis, energy and other major public functions, data acquisition from various types of energy electronic original database table. The analysis phase, mainly for the business, system functions and system non-functional analysis, a business use case model, the system needs the Statute of the use cases and systems; design phase, completed the overall system design, database design and detailed design, gives the the overall system architecture, the logical structure of the static and dynamic behavior model, database structure and design of the main categories of detailed design results; implementation phase, mainly for the core code the physical deployment of the system and the main categories of writing, the establishment of a system of physical deployment model, and the final completion of the energy consumption of real-time monitoring, energy consumption statistics, comparative analysis of energy consumption, publicity and other major functions, gives the user interface part of the function.System features complete article is designed for the promotion of our colleges and universities to achieve energy reduction has important practical significance.
