It is inevitably the contradiction between energy and pollution number in ourcountry. Building as a great consumption of energy, energy saving is of great urgency.The building energy saving will improve people’s living and working conditions toreduce environmental pollution and the deep economic reform is an importantcomponent. Higher energy use of building energy is an important part, as theuniversity’s enrollment, the university increased dramatically with energy can not beignored. The college saving building is currently a hot topic of concern in society. Thecorresponding policies make also saving energy consumption monitoring in ourcountries from financial and technical support as well as colleges and universities.The pace of building energy-saving state universities was keep up in SichuanInstitute of Architectural Technology to seize this opportunity for college saving energy,save money and actively apply for state funding. After a year of application, and finallygot the construction of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College building energyconsumption monitoring platform construction funds.The thesis describes the construction of Sichuan Vocational and Technical Collegeenergy consumption monitoring platform software throughout the construction process.Software construction inspection and abroad through energy monitoring relatedtechnologies, access to relevant technologies SOA architecture and Microsoft SQLserver2005database-related theoretical and empirical literature, considering thefeasibility and availability of system development. The user needs and systemRequirements made a requirements analysis and detailed design. The detailed design ofthe overall system architecture technical architecture, network architecture, functionalarchitecture, data architecture and security architecture were described. Throughout thedesign SOA architecture using advanced models, software development standardsadhered to, and fully consider the structure of the system is reasonable, business clear,scalability, high stability, easy to maintain. Monitoring system supports Web Servicestandard interfaces, XML data format, SOAP protocol for easy docking other systems.Monitoring system functions strictly enforce the "College campus building energymonitoring system construction Technical Guidelines" and the prevailing norms and inaccordance with the Sichuan Institute of Architectural Technology of the actual demand for design.In the system of the detailed design and database selection after the start of thesystem software, programming and database development, and the engine installation,designed to achieve the detailed design GIS module, the power monitor modulemonitoring water module, the energy analysis module and system management module.Five functional modules and sub-modules implemented in Sichuan Vocational andTechnical College building energy consumption monitoring platform software in itsembryonic form.Finally, it was officially put into use behind a software system debugging and2months of trial operation. Currently, the software is used and stable performance better.
