With the popularity of computer and rapidly development of social informatization, more and more industry into the information age. On the personnel management, also began to run by former paper into electronic information, and by using digital information management system for management.Of human resource management in order to make the government more specifications, standards, and is convenient, we turn to the personnel management of advanced concepts, using advanced computer technology, to create a beautiful interface, easy operation, high safety of the personnel management system integration,the city human resources information for establishing internal government staff in the basic information database, and accurate information to the worker, the highly effective gathering again; To the government of the existing human resources business process restructuring, transformation, realize the logic correlation between all aspects of business information; To enhance the overall efficiency of the government personnel department, auxiliary leadership decision-making, enhance the capacity of information resources management; Make the government more adapt to the development of modern information technology, reasonable use of computer, data communication and multimedia and other modern information technology to improve the work efficiency and management level.This system in addition to the traditional personnel management involved in the employee information management, leave management, attendance management, etc.,also joined the recruitment management, training management and personnel management work.
