Internet of Things(IOT) is an important part of the next generation information technology, and it is also a kind of network which can make objects and objects connected. Internet of Things realizes the intelligent management of information by exchanging objects information.Electronic product code(EPC) is the next generation product identification code, which provides a globally unique identifier for each object in the supply chain (such as containers, goods etc.). When you read the EPC tags, the inherent data of the product will be obtained.Logistics industry is an organic combination of activities according to the actual needs, and those activities include transportation, storage, loading and unloading, packaging, distribution, processing, information processing and other basic activities. In short, the logistics industry refers to the flow process of goods from the supply area to the receiving area.In the process of logistics, if you want to distribute EPC code for each commodity, the amount of raw data will be very large. Therefore, how to deal with and transmit those data to minimize the burden on the upper application program is one of the key issues that RFID based Middleware in IoT logistics industry needs to resolve.In order to solve the above problem, this paper analyzes the research status of RFID middleware firstly, and then introduces the advantages and basic principle of RFID technology. After that the architecture of EPC Internet of Things is described, including the composition of the EPC Internet of things as well as the function of each component, thus highlighting the core status of RFID middleware. Finally, the author takes warehouse management of logistics as an example, puts forward the design idea of logistics industry middleware based on RFID, and expounds the concrete realization method, to solve the massive data processing problems produced by goods storage and management.The main work of this paper is to design the overall architecture and functional modules of logistics industry middleware based on the RFID, and then use the JAVA programming technology to realize function modules one by one, and encapsulate those functional modules into the information processing center of RFID middleware, so as to complete the design of RFID middleware. Finally, verified the feasibility and reliability of this system by importing the randomly generated data sets. The Modular Design Method is used in the design process, which makes the function of each module relatively independent, so that it is easy to maintain, debug and expand later.The innovation of this paper is that the author puts RFID middleware technology into logistics industry based on the development of Internet of things. At this stage, almost all of the logistics processes use bar code technology, which is not conducive to the intelligent management of goods. In the future, EPC tag technology can effectively improve this problem, and the processing system is RFID middleware, it is just based on this point, this paper made a preliminary study on the RFID middleware.
