Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow

OA, abbreviation of Office Automation System, is the natural product of applying computer network information technology to modern office business. This thesis completes the design of OA by adopting workflow technology and ASP.NET platform at ends of pages. In the process of design, webpage design and backstage code are separated by means of MVC mode. This makes it simpler to alter or update certain functions. This thesis covers the followings:(1)In this thesis, the fundamental mechanism of OA is studied and its application in modernization is described in detail. Core technologies used to develop OA are introduced and their corresponding pros and cons are compared. The R & D and design of OA mainly refers to the building of systematized software functions and modules. The workflow of OA, especially the functions of key modules is also analyzed deeply in this thesis.(2)In the development of OA, its real-time management adopts the currently popular workflow computing. Software’s front interface is connected by the dynamic ASP.NET technology while the front-stage codes and backstage data are separated by MVC mode. AJAX technology is used to realize the data interaction between front and back stages, refreshing some functions.(3)The OA system is debugged carefully and comprehensively by testing course link. Various kinds of limited situations are simulated with appropriate testing contents. The system passes the testing and potential programming bugs are eliminated.So far, the workflow technology proposed by researchers is a relatively new technology. The purpose of this thesis is to combine workflow technology with OA system and realize the functions of pre-set OA modules. At present, the newly-developed OA system has been put into operation.
