| Nowadays, society becomes information-based and mechanized which means the increasing requirement of varied devices in daily manufacturing of enterprises, the growingly complex management costing more and more manpower. So simply regulating devises by men goes inconvenient. And to make management informationalized is what we need to do at this point. Device management system is the typical informationalized management system including the establishment of bake-stage data base and the revealing of front-stage appliance. The establishment of bake-stage data base needs high safety, strong integrity and great consistence, while the front-stage requires the complete functions of software and friendly interface. By organizing staff to take the devices into unified management, device management system can finish input,inquiry, correction, deleting etc. both completely and rapidly.Firstly, this article analyzes the popularity of the device management system in enterprises, elaborates the significance of developing the system, sets up the goal of design of the system and briefly states the unsolved problems. Meanwhile, the present situation and developing direction of the system are also analyzed.Secondly, the tool language environment applied during the developing progress, major skills and frame are analyzed.Thirdly, the practicability and demand of the system are both in detailed analysis at technology, society and operation level to refine the separate function modules.Fourthly, the article illustrates the establishment of the database in details from the designing aspect of conceptual and logical structure.Fifthly, on the basis of Dreamweaver as the HTML language developing the interface, the major functions’ implementation procedures are explained at length.Then, the test data of the system is analyzed.What’s more, the bugs and own experience during the progress is summarized.This system mainly uses struts, SQL Server as frame or techniques and Dreamweaver as interface developing tool. The functions include user login(name and password), device management( purchasing, lay up, use, repair, reject, etc.). This friendly interface has complete functions with convenient operation and maintenance which can solve the problems caused by expanding scale of company, such as the incomplete record written by staff which is difficult to be kept for a long time. |
