In recent years, with more attention and support paid by the government, Weifang city is developing rapidly in construction engineering industry, investment volume increase year by year. The mechanical equipment is one of the key factors that affect the schedule,efficiency and quality of project construction during construction engineering project construction, and brings too many accidents while brings the huge convenience to the construction industry. The more and more losses caused by substandard mechanical equipment and equipment aging and installation incorrectly, and so on. The lack of mechanical equipment using knowledge, inadequate supervision and economic interest actuation are all the important reasons for this loss. Construction engineering mechanical equipment management system is developed to strengthen the management work of mechanical equipment.In the article Weifang city construction engineering mechanical equipment management system is designed and achieved, and the system is analyzed, designed and coded by using object-oriented design concept. Firstly, the system requirement is analyzed, and the functional requirement is described with the UML use case diagram visually and clearly.Secondly, based on requirements analysis, we choose the technical architecture and design the system’s function structure. The system’s detailed function design is described with class diagram and sequence diagram, and the database is designed by using SQL SERVER2005database management system. Finally, the system is realized by using the three-tier architecture design of J2EE and Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology framework.Weifang city construction engineering mechanical equipment management system can well meet the requirement of the equipment’s end-user and management department. The system realizes the function module such as used equipment registration, equipment approval, use registration, use cancellation, use summarizing.system maintenance and so on. and also can inquire, revise, delete, store, etc. The workflow model that use unit registers and management department audits has run well, and the data also has realized dynamic and timeliness in the city, and has improved the rate and strength of equipment operation.The system’s construction realizes the management of the equipment into the city, use and installation. On the whole, the system realizes Weifang city construction engineering mechanical equipment management work informationalized, and strengthens the mechanical equipment management, which greatly reduces the probability of occurrence of the accident caused by the equipment used.The operation of the system basically meets the business need of Weifang city construction engineering mechanical equipment management, and improves the informatization degree of Weifang city construction engineering mechanical equipment management, and saves the work time, and improves work efficiency, whch can be convenient to finish the work for staff efficiently and reduce the occurrence of the construction accident.
