Research And Realization Of Material And Equipment Bidding Management System

At the double driven of global economic integration and advancing information technology, a growing number of business transactions are trying to realize E-work. As the forefront point of trading chain, bidding holds the balance. Thus network bidding will inevitably become a gradual trend. With two parties as the subject and Internet as the carrier, network bidding can make enterprises explore potential market with the fastest speed and create value for enterprises at the minimum cost. Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd FengFeng group who has lots of material and equipment tendering business is a comprehensive large-scale coal company in Hebei province. However, large quantities of business are still at the stage of manpower labor with a high intensity of staff labor and low efficiency in bidding work which seriously influence the development of the company. Therefore, combined with the practical status of FengFeng group, to develop a special bidding management system to coal group possesses practical significance.With material and equipment bidding management system as the mainline, this article firstly makes an analysis for the system on economy, technology and social aspects to ensure the feasibility of the development. Secondly, based on the theory and flow of bidding process I definite the goal and role of the system, depict it with the UML visual model using case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram. Then I make the overall design putting forward the integrated Struts and Hibernate framework: Struts for the whole framework to reduce couplings of total structure and Hibernate for providing persistence layer support to low developing difficulty of business model layer. Thirdly, combining with definite status of the company, I develop the system with J2EE as platform and MyEclipse6.5 as development environment to realize the system framework of MVC pattern and resolve series of key problems such as perfect interact between Excel and the system, experts extracting randomly, SMS cat fan-out, electronic signature and bidding evaluation based on AHP. At last, I test the system and it achieves the expected effect of design and be put in use, providing bidding management work in fengfeng group with an effective technical support and decision-making basis.
