With the development of science and technology,the safety of mine has been caused wide public concern.Especially in the process of coal mining, more attention should be taken to improve the automation of equipment. At present, the structure of the hoist equipment which is the key equipment of mine but is very complicated, so it affects the normal operation of the mine.In recent years, along with the increasing mining depth,the mine exploiting is increasimgly difficult.If some parts of the equipment damage when it is running,it will cause some serious damage.Because of this, it is very important and meaningful to design a perfect coal monitoring system and study on the equipment of hoist with the aid of computer technology.In this thesis,we will from the actual situation of xinglongzhuang coal mine to research and analysis in hoist equipment,the design is based on CAN bus to realize the real-time transmission in hoist signal, and use the ADO.NET technology and C# language programming to achieve the system of hoist equipment. This paper mainly finished the following work:(1) we analysis of the principle about the hardware implementation of the hoist machine equipment monitoring system in this paper,and learning DCS800 converter controller and monitor the host controller AC800 M,especially we will designe communication protocol which is based on CAN bus transmission between upper machine and lower machine,and define the transmission method and commands.(2) we used the method of structured life cycle development,learning and mastering all aspects of software development in the process, including system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing, etc.Finally we achieved the management system of hoist equipment in xinglongzhuang coal mine,and the main features include parameters management, monitoring and fault diagnosis, etc.After the system has been used in the actual environment, it meets the needs of design and development.(3) The design will lead to a modular design thought is blended in among them,and the modular design is very important to research and development equipment.By using the modular design, which greatly improve the reliability and maintainability of the system, and thus improve the practicability of the system.This design ensures that the platform can be connected with other systems, and it can be integrated with the new business software in the case of ensuring the system and the relevant data.The system has been running in Xinglong coal mine,and the design is to meet user requirements and the expected effect.
