With the fast development of the coal mining technology, the mechanization level of digging has been improved a lot. It has been close to or even reached the advanced standards of the developed countries in the world. The rate of extraction for coal has been elevated greatly which can be compared to those of Britain and German. However, the work efficiency of most coal mines in our country still remains low and being improved slowly, one important reason is that the auxiliary transport system under mine cannot satisfy the need of the totally mechanized coal mining. So far, most of the big coal mines and the coal mining areas adopt electrical wiring locomotives and locomotives with storage battery respectively. Going up and down the main laneways in the mining areas,linking the subsidiary lanes and working in the laneway of the acting surface depend on installations such as hoisting winches,car haulers,drawing hoists and so on. Traditional assistant transport system is complex with many steps,laggard technical equipment,too many workers, so that it restricts the further improvement of labor efficiency and safe reliability. In recent years, as the coal mining technique develops so fast, many scientific workers in this area have made an intensive study in the perspective of assistant transport mechanical and electrical control system. At the same time, the way of assistant transport in mines and the control technique have made some great breakthroughs and got many achievements.This essay, which is mainly based on the practical conditions of Xinglong Coal Mine, makes many researches on how to raise the rate of assistant transport, reduce the occupancy of staff and decrease the occurrence of secure incidents. What's more, it uses the modern control technique to design and research the problems such as how to put it into practice in the track and laneway to apply electrical haulage transport monitored control system and mobile video devices tracing and monitoring system, together with how to apply automated transport control system to laneway transport. Through the system's running conditions in the past year, we can see that it has greatly raised the transport efficiency and cut down the occurrence of secure incident. The electrical haulage transport monitored control system, the mobile video devices tracing and monitoring system and the laneway automated transport control system have been widely used in Xinglong Coal Mine. Moreover, with the completeness of the whole system, it will become forerunner in the development of coal mine assistant transport system of our country that others would follow.
