Equipment maintenance management has become an important component of the modern enterprise management, especially for coal enterprises with more high-value equipments. in order to safeguard the production equipment safely, stably, reliably, chronically running, attaching importance to the equipment management doubly certainly will, the fundamentality of equipment maintenance becomes important. deterioration degree of equipment is confirmed according to the equipment condition messages, maintenance scheduling is established and revised promptly, equipment is maintenance timely, equipment function is restored, it is not only saves the cost from the economical angle, but also guarantees the security of production environment.Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of advanced support system for equipment maintenance, which can realize monitoring, analyzing of equipments condition accurately and reliably; complete programming and organizing on maintenance activities, preparing maintenance resources scientifically and rationally; it is not only a primary task in modernization coal mine equipment management, but also a realistic research subject which is coal mine enterprises needs to solve urgently.In the paper, starting from coal mine equipment maintenance management, based on equipment condition monitoring; researching spot inspection periodic, maintenance scheduling, maintenance policy and spare parts management according to the flow of coal mine equipment maintenance management, the results of researching are combined with the system exploitation; advancing the capacity of equipment maintenance management about coal mine enterprises is the main purpose.The present situation and user demands of coal mine equipment maintenance management are analyzed, the system framework is designed according to the currently equipment actuality of coal mine enterprises and business process of coal mine equipment maintenance, the function model of equipment maintenance management system about coal mine are designed, it is based on equipment condition monitoring.Spot inspection periodic is confirmed by different equipments choosing different calculation methods; maintenance scheduling is established by deterioration degree of equipments; optimum detection and maintenance comprehensive policy models are chosen from economy angle, it can reach the purpose of controlling cost of coal mine equipment maintenance management; rational inventory dynamic analysis model is confirmed from three factors, such as production load, consumption frequency and order cycle. The above key technologies are used into coal mine equipment maintenance management, combined with system development, finally, it can guarantee system rationality in practice.The general design of the system is completed, data-base models are designed. Combined with the system design object, the solutions of system architecture are put forward.The running environment of the system development, the network architecture as well as the question which must pay attention in the implementation process is introduced, the running of the system is introduced by several typical control functional modules (including main interface of the system, report output, spot inspection data show, maintenance scheduling manage, storage management).This dissertation aims to develop coal mine equipment maintenance management system based on equipment condition monitoring, it works at researching and discussing the informational management of coal mine equipment, refers to the issues of organization behavior, spot inspection and information collection technology, decision-making, planning, scheduling, etc. A friendly maintenance management information platform is successfully built with rational structure, good performance and well expansibility which would set a systematization foundation on development and application of the follow-up function. In the practice coal mine enterprises, the system can implement anticipative every functions and achieves perfect effects.
