Monitoring system under coal mine is one of the necessary methods to insure coal mine's security. How to unified communication protocol and extension correspondence monitor node flexibly is one of current research directions.This article main research work is to select one suits field bus that can be act as coal mine monitoring communication network, and definite main line network scheme of arrangement and the basis actual situation communication protocol, and develops monitoring software on position machine in this foundation, and builds the field bus network model in the laboratory to examine the communication protocol which formulates and on position machine software carries on the confirmation.In view of the coal mine shaft scene monitoring explosion-proof, dust-proof, moisture-proof, water-proof, the electrical network wave band big, the transmitting range is far and the correspondence monitor node frequently increases request, carries on the synthesis comparison after the many kinds of field bus, selected CAN-bus as the coal mine monitoring network plan.According to coal mine in the pit tunnel landform characteristic, defined the coal mine shaft CAN-bus network scheme of arrangement. The plan uses the host skeleton line and the branch separately arranges, and considered reality of nodes quantity is more and communication from is more distant, be able to satisfy the augmented need carrying out a node conveniently, the reliability having ensured that system works moreover, is that the branching anomaly can not affect the entire systematic regular job.The communication protocol adopts standard of CAN2.0B, and has carried on its 29 ID the partition, besides expresses the different monitor nodes position and monitor nodes the type, but also the correspondence conversation on the position machine and the intelligent monitor nodes melt into among. After the test, confirmed has formulated the communication protocol feasibility and developed on the position machine monitoring software reliability.
