Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For An Army Authority

A nation’s social informatization level often marks its Comprehensive National Power. Army informatization an important part of the national informatization. Building office automation system for army authorities is an important way to realize army informatization and is placed more and more importance by government and army authorities. Office automation system use computer network platforms and advanced electronic information technology to maximize work efficiency and quality and improve work environment, conditions and management level. Therefore, developing an office automation system to realize collaborative work, shorten working hours and reduce work costs is of great practical value and significance.In this thesis, the relevant key technologies of office automation system is investigated. We have introduced the workflow technology, especially focusing on the workflow management system architecture and workflow reference model. Since file transmission is a key point of the office automation system of army authorities, the advantages of managing document files through work flow technologies is described in detail. Based on the situations of office automation system in army authorities, we combine the J2 EE technology and SSH framework with back-end database system implemented by Mysql to develop a B/S model office automation system.The non-functional requirements of the office automation system is analyzed based the actual business requirements of army authorities and demands of army staffs. We describe and analyze the functional requirements of the system and provide the use case model of main function modules. We propose the general design of the whole system and design each functional module in detail. The object model and dynamic model of each functional module are analyzed and built. Especially for the document file transmission in the office automation system, the most important functional modules, we focus on the analysis of applying workflow technology in this module. Furthermore, we also design the database, construct its conceptual model, logical and physical models to ensure that data can be stored and processed safely and effectively.Through the above technical methods, this thesis implements an office automation system, which indeed improves the efficiency of army authorities and the level of office management, and has a good practical effect, proving that our system is very practical valuable.
