Research And Implementation Of Workflow Automatization Based On J2EE Architecture

Workflow technology is the core technology to build model, simulate and analysis, optimize, manage and integrate the enterprise business process and finally make business process automatic. Workflow technology can be used to combine with other application system then build various business management systems which meet the enterprise's demand. This kind of systems is enabled to have high flexibility and can produce application software system according to the concrete demand of the enterprise in fast and flexible formulation. When customer's business process changed, the system can be rebuilt rapidly.This article analyzes the situation of the information construction in the hospital, introduces the concept and architecture of workflow technology and workflow management system and analyzes the characteristic, advantages and disadvantages of different technologies to build a workflow management system. In order to advance the digitized advancement of the hospital and implement the digitization of the diagnose flow in the hospital, we combine the workflow technology and hospital business system and design a workflow management system based on Web. The article describes the function and design solution of the workflow management system modules. The system, which make full use of the advantage of J2EE architecture and designed after realizing the real situation in the hospital, implements the process define and instance running, can manage and monitor the instance's states. After that the article introduces a business system based on the workflow management system to accomplish a diagnose flow of hospital.Building the digital hospital system by the combination with the workflow technology will decrease the coupling of the department in hospital and integrate all function module of the business system. We can dynamically customize the diagnose flow and develop the flow rapidly by using the system. It will make it to be a standard, scientific, systemic process when we go to see a doctor.
