Xinjiang Institute Of Engineering Personnel Record Management System Design And Implementation

Personnel Record is an important source of information for professionals in universities. And it’s also a significant basis for colleges and universities in talents selection, personnel change and improving teaching level. Therefore, how to effectively manage and utilize personnel records, is an important topic of College Personnel File Management. With the development of computer and Internet technology, and the emergence of new computer technology and automation management concepts, more and more industries are using computers to assist the management of information, and therefore, researches of personnel records management also need to keep pace with the times. Developing a personnel file management system by using information technology is obvious an important thing in these days.In this thesis, we first address some challenges and analyse the real requirements in personnel records management for Xinjiang institute of Engineering. Then, we develope a web-based personnel records management system. This article firstly introduces the research background, purpose and meaning of personnel records management system; and then introduces the JavaWeb-based framework for the development of this system, including SpringMVC, Spring, MyBatis, as well as workflow, OCR technology background. On the basis of object-oriented analysis of personnel records management needs in Xinjiang institute of Engineering, we made a detail introduction about layered architecture design of the system, database design, function modules design and system layout planning, focusing on the various functions of the system implementation process modules, and achieving functions of personnel records management, personnel data management, loan realization process management, FTP file upload and download capabilities, as well as to meet the various needs of different user’s permissions. Finally the system works well and can improve the working efficiency significantly.The system can help to archive material records and statistics, manage borrow and return procedures for handling files. It is important for colleges to realize centralized management of personnel records, and improve the office efficiency as well as save office expenses. Finally, this paper also summarizes the problems encountered in the development process, and make the future work of the system, the implementation of the system in colleges is a great role promoting for popularization and automation of personnel records management system.
