Research On The Information Service Mode To The Strategic Emerging Industry

The development of the strategic emerging industry is an important strategic plan for countries to encourage the promotion of industrial structures, to promote the sustainable development of economy, and to adwance the competitive power of the country. The development and strengthen of the strategic emerging industry not only requires supports of capitals, techniques, markets, and policies, but also cannot depart from the support from information resource service. At present, the traditional information service mode cannot adapt to the information demand characteristics of the strategic emerging industry, neither in the guiding ideology nor in the methodology. With the introduction of information ecology theory, using ecological thought to review factors of the strategic emerging industry, such as the information, subjects and objects of information service, and the environment of information service, is helpful to improve the efficiency and enhance the pertinence of information service.The concept of the research which is based on the information service mode of the strategic emerging industry in the perspective of information ecology is:--using information ecology theory as the direction, and combining the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research, to analyze the interactions and structurale relationships between the multiple ecological factors in the information service ecosystem of the strategic emerging industry. The next step is to, build up integrated ecological frameworks and operational strategies of the strategic emerging industry focusing on promoting the effectiveness of infronation services. Hoping through this attempt, to innovative the research thinking, to achieve the expansion of the basic theory research of information service mode, to bring new inspirations of information ecological management in the information research fields, and to expand the scientific application width and deepen the study of the information subject.First of all, the logical structure of the thesis is based on the literature research, and accurately summarized the connotation and demand of the information service for the strategic emerging industry. Through the analysis of the relationship between information service mode and ecological theory, the thesis proved the applicability of information-ecology theory used in the information service mode for the strategic emerging industry; meanwhuile, referring to process and the requirement management of traditional information service, this dissertation established factors and the correlated relationships of the information service for the strategic emerging industry under the perspective of information ecology. In addition, with the hypothesis basis of correlation relationships between ecological factors, the research used AMOS modeling tools to build the relationship structure model of ecological factors for the strategic emerging industry through the questionnaire data analysis, and making a further analysis on the model, consequently, providing the empirical basis for the construction of information service eco-mode. Finally, on the basis of the five ecological factors like the service subject, service object, content resources system, service strategy, information management environment, the thesis built a information service model— "ecologically tree"—for the strategic emerging industry according to the power source, the guarantee of basic material, and output etc. Furthermore, based on the views of the features of mode, the process of operation and evolutionary mechanism, the thesis mainly in the perspective of information management discussed the strategy aiming at promoting the effectiveness of the ecological information service management for strategic emerging industries, analyzed the integrated ecological mode comprehensively, and optimized the maturity of the information ecology environment. The specific strategies are the collaborative evolutionary strategy of services subject facing the customer demand, chain optimal management strategy of the biologic chain based on the information interaction, and the ecological evolution strategy during information service stage.
