Research On Current Situation And Construction Countermeasure Of China's Strategic Emerging Industrial Network Database Construction

Strategic emerging industries are based on major technological breakthroughs and major development needs,and have a major role in stimulating the overall economic and social development and long-term development,knowledge-intensive technologies,low material resources consumption,large growth potential,and comprehensive benefits.As China's strategic emerging industries are still at a stage of development and their information resources construction system is not yet perfect,combined with the special nature and complexity of strategic emerging industries themselves,the current research on related information resources and services is still relatively weak in China.There have been many investigations into the status of strategic emerging industry service platforms in the industry or in some regions,but few comprehensive research reports have yet been published.The blind start of the construction of a service platform under the condition that the theoretical research has not yet been completed may lead to confusion in the structural relationship of the completed website platform,resulting in functional disability that cannot meet the needs,resulting in massive waste of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and obstructing strategies.The healthy and orderly development of emerging industries.This paper investigates the status quo of China's strategic emerging industry network database construction.While guaranteeing the comprehensiveness,completeness and accuracy of the data,this article selects the research object as the most authoritative and representative university database and professional website.The industry investigated the content of the comprehensive database and the contents of the eight industrial databases for each category.The status quo of each industry database was obtained.For example:(1)77%of the new energy industry network database was invested by technology or consulting investment companies.Established that 69%of the new material industry network database was established for the purpose of providing product display and promotion services,and both had outdated information and was not updated promptly;(2)Only four cities created new information for the local domain.Technology industry information platform;(3)The number of energy conservation and environmental protection industry network databases is the largest.Authorities of environmental protection associations and institutions in all towns and counties have built local energy conservation or environmental protection industry information platforms;(4)The biomedical industry network database provides The more professional and authoritative research results,the rapid development momentum is early The fastest growing industries in the development stage,and so on.In the current situation analysis,this paper finds the problems from the macro perspective of the industry as a whole and the micro database database database performance:(1)Unbalanced development of various industrial databases;(2)Unstable construction;(3)Development of non-central cities Slowly;(4)Poor connectivity between databases;(5)Unrealized internationalization;(6)Lack of industrial communication platform;(7)Search function needs to be strengthened;(8)High rate of resource duplication.In this regard,this paper proposes corresponding development strategies and recommendations,such as:enriching the type of library to highlight the characteristics of the industry,improve the network database information resource service capabilities,intelligent network database evaluation functions.This article expects to analyze the current status of the strategic emerging industry network database construction,explore the existing problems,and propose relevant optimization suggestions for the issues,so as to provide certain help for the network information resources construction of China's future strategic emerging industries.From the aspect of data acquisition,due to the limitations of research,some difficult-to-accurate network databases are abandoned,and relevant network databases in the field of universities need to be reinforced.From the analysis point of view,the depth of data mining needs to be strengthened.
