Study On The Development Strategy Of Software And Information Technology Service Industry In Hebei Province

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,the information industry has become a powerful driving force for the development of the national economy.As a national basic and strategic industry,the software industry plays an important role in promoting the national economy and social development.In the period of economic transition,Hebei Province was transformed from a heavy industry such as coal and steel to a new business,which is of great significance to the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.New technologies such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,and blockchain have emerged continuously,bringing new opportunities for the development of software and information technology services in Hebei Province.However,there are still problems such as lack of factors of production and inadequate support for related industries.Based on this,this article is based on relevant theories of strategic management,based on a full analysis of the status quo of Hebei's software and information technology service industry,using the Porter Diamond model,from the factors of production,demand conditions,related industry support,corporate structure,government,and opportunities.In six aspects,the problems facing the software and information technology service industries in Hebei Province were analyzed.Based on these issues,some development strategies,such as increasing the human resources development of software and optimizing the industrial structure,were proposed,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of these strategies were given,with a view to providing development ideas for Hebei Province's software and information technology service industry,and providing other provinces with reference.
