With the accelerating of social informatization, more and more charges of all kinds enterprise began to entrust a bank or other agent for collection, on the one hand, save the manpower of charging work, so as to improve the working efficiency, on the other hand also cater to the majority of end user groups now pay habits. So the study of water company marketing management informatization is very important.This article is aimed to marketing management work for the company to provide information management platform. This paper on the background of the formation of the system demand and industry actual situation is presented, and relevant demand function of tap water group company in Beijing to make system function requirement analysis. According to the performance requirements of the system and background of the actual needs, system architecture design group for the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture design of the structure, the study of the water company marketing management system, has been using C#.NET framework to complete end of the customer development, and use S2SH framework to build the mobile server structure, and develop the APP mobile terminal applications and system data communication; In the aspect of database, the system mainly use the Oracle database to store data. On the basis of the function to the user permissions and ranks have made a detailed classification, and through the analysis table service management functions, the user management functions, look-up table management functions, charging management functions, the collection management functions, such as the design and implementation of system in detail. During the study, the first demand of the system were analyzed, and through the UML modeling method, combines the actual conditions of water company business process of the system design is discussed in detail. Tests show that the system research can conform to the use of user demand, the system research is very meaningful.This system will change the traditional water supply company after the actual use of the terminal operation management mode, the previous marketing management mode and ideology will also change, to improve their efficiency at the same time can increase customer satisfaction contribute to building a harmonious society.
