With the development of society, the social environmental awareness has been strength. As traditional wall construction materials consume significant amounts of non-renewable resources, they have been weeded out gradually and a variety of new wall construction materials come into beings. Those new wall construction materials have one characteristic in common:use industrial waste, discarded coal ash and construction waste for example, as primary raw materials. This movement caters for the requirement of environmental protection policy which advocates circular use of resources. The production of new wall construction materials has given up the traditional workshop mode of production. Those new materials which are produced through scale industrial production are superior to traditional materials in product features and can save tons of natural materials. However, the production of wall construction materials still belongs to labor intensive industry, thus those material are too weak to apply into the informative construction. As a result, with the rapid development of information technology at present, digging out the method to combine technology of information and administration of traditional manufacturing industry together is quite important for the purpose to improve labor efficiency and reduce production cost. It is the only way that must be passed for the traditional manufacturing industry to get rid of the current dilemmas.This article mainly focuses on the process of requirements collection, analysis, design and realization about the management information system for the coal ash autoclaved aerated concrete block. The first part is about collecting the requirements of production, in this way we can ensure the practically of the final cost management system. Then we analysis the requirements thoroughly; this part include the brief introduction of the coal ash autoclaved aerated concrete block, the characteristics of business operation and cost management. After that we introduce the idea of designing the information management system. And finally we talk about the analysis, design and realization of the cost management system. The system design part focuses on the brief introduction of system business, the major business cases modeling, the behavioral modeling, the data analysis and the requirements of system functions. The system functions include 7 modules:purchasing management, material inventory management, technology management, production management, sales management, statistical management and user management. The third part talks about the methods of realizing the system. In order to bring about this system, we use computer language to write relevant program which fit the requirement of cost management. Then we use a variety of data that have been collected to make general analysis. In this way we can come up with authentic statements which can reflect the productive situation. Applicability is the major feature that we concerned when designed the system. We hope it can easy be supplied and have the development space at the same time. The functions of management system include:1) provide reliable data about consumers, raw materials and productions for the production management system,2) provide a more accurate way to record, analysis and control the data of operating workload,3) improve the working efficiency of managing all kinds of information.The management system of new wall construction materials utilized the MVC design mode. The general structure used B/S model. The programming language is JAVA and was combined with JSP on web, as a result it realized data model, business logic and view section. On the basis of JAVA, we chose tomcat which was deployed over JDK6 as middleware of the operating environment of the system. To realize the fundamental functions of the system we chose MySQL as data management system to accomplish the functioning.
