With the rapid development of our economic and infrastructure construction, theAchievements of a lot of wall materials enterprises is rising condtantly, the targetaudience of enterprise is increasing quickly, the demand of wall materials informationmanagement system is greater. Furthermore, with the constantly development of wallmaterials enterprises, many enterprises gradually develop towards two businessmodel which are regional integration and interregional operation, mergers andacquisitions and collectivization development lead to a growing number of wallmaterial production enterprises no longer satisfied with a single factory productionmode, there are more distributed enterprise with the group mode constitute of theforms of a headquarters and multiple branch. To meet the management demand ofmodern building materials enterprise and to improve the information interaction, thecollectivization management strategy was proposed aim at the production situation ofnew wall materials production enterprises and the business characteristics ofcollective enterprises, related research was done in terms of production balancing andproduction scheduling of wall material industry, which improved the efficiency ofresource utilization and the enterprise. The main research work includes the followingfour aspects:Firstly, this paper discussed the research status of new wall materials informationmanagement system, analyzed the characteristics of the management system on thebackground of new wall materials enterprises; Expounded the concept of productionbalancing and production scheduling, and then studied their status.Secondly, the problem of new wall materials production balance is studied, andthe man-hour method is used to build production capacity calculation model,established the calculation model of available capacity and demand capacity,analyzed the impact of capacity load ratio to bottleneck identification, this paperintroduced the process of production balancing, production capacity balance model isestablished,the production scheduling model is proposed based on PPDP positionwith the mode of group–factory, respectively established production process decoupling point positioning model of centralized inventory and distributed inventoryaiming at minimum cost and the shortest delivery time.Finally, requirements analysis and data flow analysis was done for the new wallmaterials information management system, the functional structure chart and networkstructure chart were designed for group version of the wall materials informationmanagement system. The backstage database was SQL Server2008, developmentlanguage was C#, the design scheme was put forward combined with Silverlighttechnology and the key interface was analyzed. All of the system design process wascompleted which provided strong support for the system implementation and online.
