Concrete production system is a system of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering and other engineering construction indispensable.Control system is the core of concrete production system.The stability,reliability,speed and precision of the control system directly affect the production quality and production efficiency.This paper briefly introduces the development and research situation of concrete production control system at home and abroad;According to Guanyinyan Hydropower Station concrete production system,summarizes the basic situation of concrete production system of water conservancy and hydropower engineering equipment,production process and control requirements,analyzes the problems existing in the control system,and puts forward the optimization scheme.In order to improve the batching accuracy of the mixing plant,the selection,installation,wiring and signal transmission of the weighing sensor are determined.An iterative learning control method is proposed,which can dynamically modify the amount of advance of each batching and realize the control of batching accuracy.In order to solve the problem of low reliability of the material level detection in the existing system,we design a kind of patch type weighing sensor material level meter,which uses the weight of material to support the elastic deformation of the structure,improve the reliability of accurate detection.In the aspect of concrete vehicle transportation management,using the queuing theory,we analyze the queuing model of concrete truck and propose a reasonable control mode.At the same time we use the vehicle license plate recognition technology to improve the efficiency of vehicle recognition,combined with weighing system,by monitoring its shipments to detect production quality problems of concreteThe optimized design is used in the project.It improves the automation level of the whole production system and improves the production quality and production efficiency.
