Development Of Information Acquisition And Analysis System For New Wall Materials Production Line

Since the “National Tenth Five‐Year Plan”, our country stepped up efforts to the development of new wall materials industry, which has given rise to a lot of new wall materials production enterprises. With the development of industrial automation, the production mode in new wall materials industry also produces changes, using the automatic production line instead of the half manual and mechanical state of production in the past. But there are still many problems exist in the production management at present. The production schedule information can’t be feedback timely bring to planning and scheduling confusion; Production lines and equipments without real‐time monitoring and management; Production process information is scattered, poor correlation with each other; Production process data can not be acquisition effectively, can’t find the reason which cause the phenomenon of low product qualified rate and high equipments failure rate.To solve these problems, realize the automation and ordering of enterprise production, and comprehensively improve enterprise competitiveness, the research of new wall materials information acquisition and analysis technique was been put forward in this paper. The content of this research is as follows:Firstly, research the enterprise which is been studied, analysis the characteristics of the production and production line conditions, analysis and classify the data need to be acquisition, list the function required by the information analysis system.Secondly, design the information acquisition system and information analysis system respectively: use PLC plus an upper computer for production process real‐time monitoring and data acquisition, and provide the data to information analysis system. Design the database and function modules of the information analysis system, realize the function of information processing and analysis, and sent the analysis results to the corresponding managerial personnel through different ways.Finally, based on the operation situation of information acquisition and analysis system, shows the analysis results of the inventory, quality, equipments and capacity data, and use the results on directing materials storage and production in enterprise, at the same time guide the upstream enterprises to design the better equipments, improve the production efficiency of the whole new wall materials industry.
