Finally, based on risk identification, assessment, risk prevention, risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation and risk monitoring and other aspects of the proposed response to broadcast APP project risk response strategy.Through the analysis of the APP project practice case of J radio station, this paper summarizes all kinds of risk factors of APP project from the project practice. After identification and evaluation, it is considered that the risk of APP project is the most important factor for APP project. At the same time, the APP project risk management strategy is proposed to provide a more intuitive experience for other radio stations in the APP project construction, and to further explore the application of APP project risk management in practice and the construction of its own risk theory.
