| With the rapid development of information technology, the file management of Procuratorate’s law enforcing performance is increasingly unable to meet the demand of the procurator strengthened by science and technology carried out by National Prosecuting system, so it is imperative to establish a file management system of law enforcing performance.This paper analyzes the background, significance and purpose of the subject, and describes the basic technology for choosing the system design. With the background of Baoji People’s Procuratorate, the paper gives the system a thorough needs analysis, determines the performance requirements and functional requirements of the system, and by means of using case diagrams of the UML and activity diagrams, further clarifies the requirements. In the paper, the system’s database needs are analyzed, and the database structure of the system is designed. In the phase of design and implementation, the topology of the network is first analyzed, the overall architecture design based on B/S three-layer model is selected, the specific implementation of the system hierarchy is given; and then the design and implementation of the connection of the database, the logging on of the users, the system maintenance, the management of the performance file and the inquiry and the statistic of the file, data backup and recovery are introduced respectively. Finally, the paper tests the system’s functionality and capability, and describes the effect of the application of the system. The system contains various information of the procuratorate file management, such as the quality of handling cases, the number of being complained, enforcement fault, and case cards, etc. The system intelligently manages law enforcing performance, replaces the outdated manual management of paper files, and improves the efficiency and confidentiality, and can quickly inquire detailed information of the performance based on the internet.Under the platform of Windows, the file management system of law enforcing performance with a reasonable structure, a friendly interface, data flows, the consistent actual operating process, and high security based on SQL Server as the database technology is exploited with ASP.NET technology and with C# in.NET framework as the language developed by Microsoft. |
