In recent years, the railway industry is developing rapidly and has formed the railwaybackbone network. With the development of the times, people have raised the standard ofthe train operation. Using positioning and monitoring can get running state of the train,and using data communication can control and manage the train, it can enhance thestability and reliability of train operation. The thesis designed and accomplished anintegrated management system that can position, monitor and manage the train based onB/S architecture.The thesis is introduced based on the project “Design of train monitoring andmanagement based on beidou”. It achives the functions of positioning, navigation,monitoring and management mainly through the interactive communication between theground monitoring and management terminal, the baseband unit, Beidou module andvehicle module. Ground monitoring terminal builded the whole system with B/Sarchitecture, accomplished the function of train positioning and navigation with Beidou,accomplished the function of communication with baseband unit by socket, andaccomplished the control of the vehicle naviagtion module.The thesis described the related technologies involved in the trian monitoringmanagement system at first, then introduced the general structure and the systemdevelopment platform briefly, disigned the overall scheme of the system according to thefunction structure and accomplished the functions based on scheme. The thesis disignedthe frame structure according to the data communication channel and functionialcharateristics and showed the corresponding command codes according to the specificfunction. Next, the thesis accomplished the display, zoom roaming, searching andpositioning with ArcGIS Server and Beidou, accomplished the display of train stateinformation and setting of train parameters using socket and Ajax, accomlished the file transfer and remote reboot according to file transfer protocol, then accomplished thecontrol of the navigation module and access of the TCN module with interactivecommunication in vehicle part. Finally, the thesis bulid the specific test environment totest the function and property of the system.The train monitoring and management system designed has complete functions, runsstably, communcates normally, has reached the corresponding performance indicators,canposition, monitor, and manage the train and provides the guarantee for the safe and stableoperation of the train.
