With the gradual application of intelligent remote monitoring technology in modern agricultural production, in the design of the greenhouse environment monitoring and control system based on the introduction of embedded technology, modern sensor technology, mobile communications and wireless communications technologies. Agriculture environmental monitoring is achieved by monitoring its internal environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, soil moisture, CO2 concentration, and control them according to certain requirements to obtain optimum crop growth and development environments. Early research on greenhouse environment monitoring system mainly based on a wired network to local or remote monitoring of the main object, which relies mainly on local monitoring terminal computer. As people enter the mobile Internet era, hand-held mobile terminals are widely popular, high market share and easy development of Android system ease, making the research and development of remote monitoring system based on Android become the first choice. Android-based mobile monitoring terminal can overcome the shortcomings of traditional monitoring terminal, a handheld device can carry mobile, truly remote monitoring.For the realization of agricultural environmental remote monitoring function, the paper system is divided into five parts to study design, the core module, data acquisition module, video monitoring module, 3G network module and Android mobile devices.In this paper, a detailed study of the Android platform for mobile devices, including the technical features of the Android platform, system structure and application development platform, development environment build and development tools. At the same time, the 3G mobile communication network for data communication between the mobile terminal and the core system, understand communications standards of 3G network, and studies the application of TCP / IP protocol socket communication technology in the mobile terminal and the core system of communication based on. Finally preparation of the agricultural environment monitoring software on the Android platform, set up the user interface, communication program, through the 3G network with the core embedded systems for data exchange, greenhouse environment parameter information and video image information obtained in real time, so that the user can remote monitoring of greenhouse plant growth and development.Agricultural Environmental remote monitoring technology for quick access to information on remote agricultural field provides a new technical approach, it will play an increasingly important role in modern agricultural production, and the profound impact of digital technology for agricultural development.
