With the introduction of a series of concepts such as Industry 4.0 and China Manufacturing 2025,unmanned and intelligent has become the key word in the development of industrial production.Remote monitoring is the basic guarantee for unmanned.Big data is the cornerstone for intelligentization.Industrial robots,as the backbone of industrial production,have naturally become the main monitoring targets,but the traditional monitoring methods are not flexible enough and costly.It is not conducive to the development of remote monitoring of industrial robots.Therefore,this paper aims to research and develop a new industrial robot remote monitoring system to improve the defects of traditional remote monitoring.Research and analysis the industrial robots which needs monitorial the data.Meantime classify and organize them,Use MySQL to establish a database of multiple relational monitoring information,and construct a framework of remote monitoring system according to requirements and functions.The simulation model of industrial robot is established by using OpenGL ES,to achieve monitoring of 3D dynamic graphics which can be arbitrarily scaled and rotated,and the processing trajectory of industrial robot can be restored in real time.Establish the industrial robot remote control module which can easily control the industrial robot through the Internet on the remote mobile terminal.In addition,in order to provide security for remote processing,an independent simulation processing module was also established.The positive,inverse and interpolation algorithms of the kinematics of the six-degree-of-freedom industrial robot were studied and completed.At the same time,the code was encapsulated in the program.Easy to transfer use.Research and architecture the remote communication server,using TCP / IP network transmission protocol and WIFI transmission environment to achieve remote signal transmission.In order to improve the monitoring efficiency,a variety of data transmission methods are proposed and experiments are carried out,and finally a data transmission method that meets the real-time monitoring requirements is obtained.In order to ensure the security of remote control,through the comparison test,a remote control command transmission method of two-way handshake of safety factor is proposed,which ensures the continuous response of the control command and improves the security of remote control.Using Android Studio as the main programming software for remote mobile,OpenGL ES as an auxiliary tool for constructing 3D graphics,MySQL as the management system for establishing the database of industrial robot monitoring information,and PHP as the language of the architecture server.Developed an Android-based industrial robot remote monitoring system.After online debugging with the laboratory's six-degree-of-freedom industrial robot,remote monitoring,remote control,simulation processing,and storage and query of various types of data on the smartphone are realized,which improves the efficiency of remote monitoring,ensures the security of remote control,and reduces the cost of remote monitoring.
