| Public health management system is to manage a person of the various stages health condition from birth to death, which is the entire process, including inspection, education, disease prevention and control, follow-up. To record the health conditions of the community residents, objectively reflect the whole process of the disease condition, examination, diagnosis, treatment and outcome; it’s the organic integration of relevant information of medical personnel in medical activities during the formation. Implementation of the system allows the integration of the area related medical resources, as to solve the problem residents related doctor to protect the vital interests of the residents.First, the status and viability of domestic and foreign medical information platform for a more in-depth analysis of issues such as the presence of the area data exchange understand the current regional public health system platform. In-depth understanding of customer needs on the basis of the actual business process analysis of the hospital, to address these issues with residents’ health systems to achieve the core file that contains all kinds of people management, chronic disease management, vaccination, health surveillance and other functions; implementation of this system is that the basic framework for the integration of Spring and Struts2 for the B / S architecture, the system is described in detail in the residents’ health records management and maternal health management functions, class diagrams and database structure design, the detailed design based on the realization of the corresponding module. Finally, the system is tested in this paper, whose result shows that the basic requirements of the system functions of the public health system are implemented.The area public health system needs to be further improved, developed on the basis of stage two-way referral and other functions can be added, allowing the system to handle related matters more feasible. |
