| With the development of new business forms,the industry changes brought by new technologies are gradually extended to the news media industry.With the wide application of artificial intelligence in the field of news,news reports based on big data show diversified effects.Automatic content production,accurate integrated distribution and systematic operation mode make the operation of media more and more intelligent and efficient,and a new media format is forming.At the same time,the audience's demand for news information is also gradually increasing.In the face of the emerging public health emergencies,the audience in the massive,disordered and hard to distinguish the true and false information is very easy to transition from the desire for information to be submerged by information.Therefore,a news reporting system that can solve the current problems is more needed.In view of this problem,the media need to make changes to adapt to the development of the current situation,constantly re integrate resources to plan and improve the whole process of news production and distribution,and provide more accurate scene services.Based on the national standard of report planning and news event markup language(REML),this paper mainly uses the framework semantic theory of Fillmore,and based on the content of metadata,ontology,knowledge mapping and other semantic web related technologies,proposes to build a news event model and news event exchange model from the perspective of public health emergencies,Its construction process is mainly based on the standard of REML national standard for the description of report planning,report progress,news cover and event information metadata model.In this study,the construction of news event model mainly obtains high-frequency words in the news reports of public health emergencies,and analyzes the semantic relationship between high-frequency words and high-frequency words.The news event exchange model is mainly based on 128 actual cases about public health emergencies,through the news event reporting framework stipulated in REML standard,it summarizes the metadata of 75 news event exchange models,and forms the knowledge map on this basis.The news event exchange model serves the process of news reporting and dissemination.The news event model mainly constructs the field ontology of specific news events,and finally forms a visual knowledge map through ontology editing software,which can be applied to the practice of news event reporting.The semantic construction of news production process can not only promote the dissemination and promotion of news reports,but also serve as a learning tool to change the audience's cognitive style and make it easier to accept the views in news reports.It shows that this study is practical,effective and forward-looking,which can provide some reference value for future news reports. |
